Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier or team size at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when my team grows beyond the team size limit?
Simply upgrade to the next team size. For example, move from S (up to 10 users) to M (up to 25 users). No data migration needed.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We are fully GDPR compliant and do not transfer data outside the EU. No US CLOUD Act applies.
How does annual billing work?

How does AI usage billing work?
Standard plans include managed AI (currently Anthropic Claude models) with usage billed at 2x provider cost. Premium plans add access to premium models and the option to bring your own API key with zero markup. Available models and providers may change as the product evolves.
